How To: Aquarium account access

Description: This document covers the process an agent will follow when needing to get access to the aquarium portal to sell tickets. 

Resolution:

• Aquarium Credentials: These will need to be provided from the manager typically as the credentials are static. 
• Chrome Profile: A separate Chrome profile will need to be created in order to have access to the  portal.
  
  • In Chrome, click the profile icon at the top left:
  • Under Other Profiles, select Add
    
  • Select Sign in and enter the credentials for the aquarium account. 
    
  • Click next
    
  • Turn on Sync by selecting Yes, I'm in at the bottom right. 
    
  • You now have the chrome profile for the Aquarium ticket access. Select the bookmark to open the website. The account information will auto populate for login.
