Description: This is a step by step guide on how to change your signature in the Outlook desktop application.
1. In the search bar at the top, type "signature" and click this icon
2. In the drop down that appears, click "Signatures" at the bottom
3. In the screen that appears, click new and enter a name for your signature, and then hit ok. The name is only what you use to identify it, if you're unsure use "Default".
4. Highlight the name that you chose as your signature name. In the "Edit Signature" pane in the middle of the window, copy and paste the signature that was provided to you or that you created. If the formatting looks strange, don't worry. Correct any information that needs to be corrected in the signature. Lastly, on the "New Messages" field at the bottom, select the name of the signature you chose. If you wish, you can also enable your signature on replies, or use a smaller version.
5. Create a e-mail message, and you should see your signature at the bottom in the correct format. If it's not, feel free to reach out to IT.
