How to Report Suspicious E-mails

Description: This is a brief overview of how to report suspicious e-mails for the IT team to review. Please find the appropriate e-mail platform that you use and follow the accompanying instructions. 

Outlook Application

If you feel that an email is unsafe, please select the email and select report message under the Mimecast tab in the Outlook application.

Google Workspace and Outlook on the Web:

In Google Workspace, there are three dots to the far right of your email. Click these, and then click the report phishing button. Remember to only click them if you think an e-mail is fraudulent. If it's spam, you can click the "Report spam" button instead.
