How To Add Domains to Your Personal Mimecast Allowlist

Description: This article outlines how to add a domain to your Mimecast allow list

Step 1. Navigate to  https://login-usb.mimecast.com/m/portal/app/ and log in with your e-mail address and password. 

Step 2. Once on the page, please click the "Permitted" link on the left hand side of the page

Step 3. Once you are on the permitted landing page, at the top right click "Add Permitted"

Step 4. Once the box pops up, please enter the e-mail address or domain you wish to whitelist and click add

Step 5. Once this is done, all e-mails from that domain should arrive with no problems to your inbox.
