Five9 Extensions and Bookmarks

This knowledge base article will show you how to install the Five9 extensions and bookmark bars to your Google Chrome profile. 

First off you will need to login to your chrome profile with your G-Suite work email. In the upper right hand corner click either the Letter or person icon and in the pop up click add. 

A new window will pop up hit sign up and login to your G-Suite Work email from here. Fill in your sign on info and hit next. On the page asking about sync settings make sure to hit YES IM IN.

Now that you have your profile setup you will need to add the Five9 chrome extensions. There are 2 separate extensions you will need to add which you can do so by clicking the links below. Hit add to chrome for both extensions.

For bookmarks I have a general one setup that should help any new agents. Use the link below to download the HTML file. 

BOOKMARKS DOWNLOAD

Once you have the file on the Chrome browser you can hit CRTL + SHIFT + B to show the bookmark bar. 

Afterwards either right click the bookmark bar and hit bookmark manager or hit CRTL + SHIFT + O open it up. 

Hit the 3 dots to the right of the search box and hit import bookmarks. Select the SOB-General-Bookmarks.html you downloaded (Most likely saved in your Download folder) and click ok and your bookmark will appear.
