How To Add a Printer - PrinterLogic

Description: These are the steps to add a printer to your login

Resolution:

1. On your task bar click on the up arrow in the bottom right.                           
2. Click on the icon that looks like a printer.                                           
3. When you click on the icon this will open a webpage, on the first run you may be presented with these 2 popups.                                                         and                                                           
4. Click on Enable Extension and then click on the refresh page icon.
5. If you did not get the popup to enable the extension please click on install on the Install Chrome Extension popup.
6. You will then be presented with this screen.
7. Click on Install Extension. Another tab will open and you will see this.
8. Click on Add to Chrome.
9. In the popup click on Add Extension
10. You may then close that tab
11. Go back to the tab that says Printerlogic and click on the refresh icon 
12. 
13. You will then be presented with a map or a list of printers. Please hover over the printer you wish to install and click on Install Printer.                                                   
14. On the next popup (Confirm Install), you can set this printer as your default printer (green arrow) and then click on Yes.                     
15. In the upper left you will see a box showing you the steps it is taking to install the printer.
16. You will then get a Notice telling you the printer was installed successfully. Please click on OK.
17. You will be returned to the Printerlogic tab, and may install the next printer or close the tab.
18. The first time you print from Chrome you will need to reselect the printer.
19. Open up an item that you wish to print. In the upper right if the printer is not showing in the destination field click on the down arrow next to it.
20. Click on See more…                                                                                                          
21. You will then get a list of printers. Select the printer you wish to print to (example only)
22. You will then be returned to the Print Dialog, and the printer will now show in the Destination field.
