Description: This is a walkthrough of the process needed to listen to call recordings on Five9
Steps:
1. Navigate to Login.five9.com and access the portal there by logging in. Once there, click "Supervisor"
2. This opens a new window/tab. In this tab, confirm your Station ID. Once on the home page, click Agents
3. Once here, click the drop down arrow on the agent you wish to listen to the recordings of and click "View Agent Details"
4. On the next screen, click the recording tab, and then once you've located the call you would like to pull/listen to, click the dropdown box and the appropriate action
