Mitel: How To Exit Absent Mode on Console phones

Description: Console phones at the Hotel will display ABS in the upper right

Symptoms: The console will not ring, nor will any lights flash on the console

Resolution:

1. Press the Function Button
2. Press the F2 button (ATT Function)
3. Press the F6 Button (Present/Absent)
   1. The ABS will disappear from the Upper Right of the console
4. Press the F1 key
